These subtitles are all created when I found Bob Ross's The Joy of Painting mp4 videos..

Then I CONVERTED ALL the MP4 videos into MP3 audio FORMAT.

THEN I uploads each video file one by one through a special website that specializes in Speech-to-Text processing.

The process takes all the spoken voices in the video into text, showing the results as a textual document.

THEN I exports these textual documents to SUBTITLE format called .srt.

Subtitle .srt files is used by video players to make SUBTITLES appear whenever a person in the video speaks. 

Thus all DEAFS and HARD OF HEARING worldwide can read whatever the hearing people says in all films, movies, videos, etc.

You are welcome to use these subtitle .srt files in any way you see sees fit. 

If you, perchance, deign to bother proofreading these files, by golly, I would love to have those proofread copies! Send them!
